Let’s Make Mousse (Not Mouse)

In this class, Steve will teach you how to make four different kinds of mousse; dark chocolate, white chocolate, Baileys Irish cream, and fresh lemon. In addition to these wonderful desserts, you will also learn how plain gelatin is used to stabilize your mousse. Materials fee of $30 is due by cash or check, made out to the instructor, at the start of class.
