This live course is designed for those who have decided to take the plunge and try their hand at short-term rentals. Let’s get you up and running. Practical 'how to' information, along with individual student’s needs, will steer this course. We’ll go through the process of setting up everyone’s profile and account, as well as talk about the best way to take photos, get those uploaded and placed in the profile. We’ll take a close look at nightly rates based on each facility, amenities, location, and time of year. We’ll discuss insurance options and any other factors that should be considered.
