Think about drawing up "wills" that express your heart. When we think about what we really want to leave behind, we need to remember to tell someone. Just because we think others understand, they may not. Here is a chance to think about how to tell others how you feel about them, good or not so much. It is also a great exercise in thinking about what we really want to leave behind. "What we do for ourselves when we are here leaves when we do. What we do for others stays here forever." (Willow End of Life Educators: Michelle Pante and Reena Lazar founders.) This class is live (but Zoomable) with Patricia LaVallee, RN, Certified Mind Set Life Coach and former MCST Adult Ed CNA instructor who shares her coping skills from over 35 years of nursing, coaching, and teaching experience
